Project Summary: I worked with the Office of Student Life and collaborated with staff and students to design a mural that would be installed on a large wall in the Benson Memorial building. The goal of the project was to create something meaningful and colorful. The flower was previously designed by another designer and the project was put on hold for a bit. I leaned on the flower design to create a fun and informative scene. My favorite design decision was making the vent apart of the scene by having it become a flower box, rather than being an odd vent in the middle of the mural. I enjoyed working with staff and implementing the feedback given by the students who were involved in this project.
